I would like to apologize to Firehouse Sub for every bit of doubt due to price. Absolutely amazing!

I ordered hot brisket and cheddar sandwich, it was the best sandwich that I ever had. This location has the best stuff, they do everything with love?Thank you guys! ??You are the best! ??

Shift leader Samantha is extremely rude. I was sold 2 brownies that expire the NEXT DAY. I asked her if she had any fresh ones since I will not be eating both today and she's yelled at me THEY ARE FINE THEY EXPIRE TOMARROW! I replied so its OK to eat expired brownies?? and she repied EAT THEM TODAY! They weren't on sale or anything I paid full price. I stayed quiet and went to the register to get my money back because again I'm not going to eat them today! At there register the young lady amber went to check for any fresh ones and smamantha yelled at her and told her she already told me they didn't have any only frozen to then I'm pist off now because she saying this loud enough for me to hear.. I yelled at her and told her to stop being rude because I'm not being rude I just want my money back for the expired brownies!!! Rudest lady ever and I don't write reviews but if she treated me like that god knows how those other employees have to deal with! Staff was great expect Samantha she should not be a shift leader!

Always the best service at this location. The food is always prepared quickly and accurately.

This place is my favorite sub shop. They don't ask what else do u want on it when you clearly order the sub you want. I would give it ten or more stars if I could. They offer wheat bread and help the fire fighters too.
