Becks Prime - Sugar Land

The food was good.. really good actually but, the price for a combo which they also don't actually have. You have to order things separately was a lil ridiculous to say the least.

The interior at this location is smaller than expected but the parking lot is much bigger. Walk in, order at the counter, and they bring the food out to you. I ordered the grilled chicken plate which was a let down. The chicken portion was small and not much seasoning. It was cooked well but not much in taste. I found myself adding plenty of salt and pepper to add flavor. Also, they used soggy lettuce on the Caesar salad instead of crisp lettuce. Sides such as fries or salad cost extra.

A good steak and burger restaurant. I had the medium ribeye with fries with a side salad. The steak was cooked perfectly. The texture was tender, almost creamy, and most of all, it didn't need a sauce. The fries and salad were icing on the cake. I'll beback for sure. Try a shake on the side. It was everything a shake should be.

Love Becks Prime. Never had anything from them that wasn't delish!! They closed the one near me in FM1960 a couple of years ago that was truly a sad day for me. So happy I was near one for dinner tonight!! If you're looking for a little something fordessert their Blue Bell shakes are to die for!! They have everything from kids meals to salad to burger sandwiches to steakdinners. Definitely worth a try to find one near you!!

Happened upon this place tonight, and I'm so happy we did! The building is out of the way, tucked in the corner of the lot. There's plenty of parking, a drive thru, and is ADA compliant. There is a lovely outdoor area with plenty of seats and shade. Inside is very unassuming, so much so I was questioning the prices...until I ate the food. The DH had a center cut steak (medium) and I tried a regular cheeseburger (well done) with truffle fries. Omg...the flavor was wonderful! The mesquite cooking certainly made the meal. The truffle salt is an acquired taste; glad I tried them, but it'll be regular fries when we go again. Fries and salad were good-sized portions. The DH's steak was amazing! It was cooked perfectly and about melted in my mouth. The staff is great. Everyone stays busy, cleans constantly, and were all very friendly and helpful. When the young man brought our food, he even refilled the DH's sweet tea (which, at 8pm, surprisingly, tasted very fresh). All in all, it was a wonderful experience. If all of this holds up on our next visit, I'll definitely up this to 5 stars. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burgers and lots of salad options Kid-friendliness: Quite a few kid friendly food options, and they will love the ducks at the pond/grass area
