The Ferry Cafe - Suffolk Coastal

I have a visit in the ferry cafe and I, I go back on Saturday to go there, more beautiful place to eat and drink.

We stayed here on the afternoon on a beautiful sunny Saturday, who went from the city with friends who have lunch. the caffe is in a beautiful location at the river, so an excellent place to eat something. we ordered four. many fish and chips and were told that an hour wait, we could not believe that this, as the place was less than half full, would hate to know what the waiting time would be if they were actually busy. then came the actual shock, £66 for four portions of fish and chips, two sheds! wee and two alcohol-free drinks! Our crates of fish and chips were properly served in which we found so beautiful fried chips, although not many and rather sad looking portions of fishing with the least appearing thin and bland batter I had ever had the unfortunate to eat! I must say the total experience was expensive and disappointing, in future visit this will be the last place we actually eat in felixstowe. get their fish and chips in the city or bring their own sandwiches if they want to eat at the ferry!

We had planned to visit the fährcafé today, as we had been there many times before. We drove 30 miles and paid £3.50 to park for 2 hours in a rather unappealing area. The café was not open for indoor dining, so we had to eat our food outside (which we ended up eating in the car). The total bill for three adults was £40.00. The fish was undercooked and soggy, making it inedible, but the chips were decent. They charged an extra 50p for sauces. Overall, we felt that we could have gone to a local fish and chip shop in the city and had a better meal for half the price while still eating in the car. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this café.

I had coffee and a snack at this restaurant. The cake was excellent, and the sausage and chips were very tasty (and served in a large portion). The service was very friendly and the prices were reasonable.

Three of us stopped for lunch here and it was very good. (Also you get £1 of your car park fee back if your order is over £10. Very busy but food was served quite quickly
