Blue Ocean Fish Market - STROUDSBURG

Owner was super rude on the phone. Called to check if they have fish availability because it was the end if the say and he said “if you want to know what we sell you have to come here”. Well I am 40 minutes away and I am not driving all the way there to find out you don’t have what I need and drive back for another 40 minutes. Maybe a customer service class will help your sales!

Was coming in from out of town and called to inquire about lobster tails and whole lobsters. Was told I need to stop in they couldn’t go through whole store with me. I explained was calling from out of area and person was just rude. Website didn’t have any product information either.

I have never tasted such delicious and fresh fish since finding this store about 5 yrs ago. The owner is a pisser and that’s putting it mildly. He should have been a comedian.

The fish is nice and fresh, and the customer service is excellent!

Walked in and ordered 8 dozen clams for the next day and the man said no problem you bring me the cooler and I’ll fill it with ice and clams
