Buscion is a bistro with a taste of pub; you will also not find rows of brooding but a whiteboard with wines, the environment in the middle between rustic and elegant and soft lights will almost make you forget that you are in a bistro. A kind gentleman, as soon as we arrived, advised us, took the order and served various dishes and wines. He knew when he needed him and when it was time to leave us alone. We were brought a basket of mixed bread with many different types and all very good, we risked eating it all before starting with the courses. We took a mixed cutter of meats and cheeses, of excellent quality, a mushroom soup and a tunaed calf. Excellent choice of wines to the mesh, so much so that we took three glasses to the head instead of a bottle, and the value for money was more than satisfactory. The desserts were industrial, but very good and given the type of the room, it is also understandable. Recommended for a different dinner but also for a pleasant after dinner, especially if you prefer wine to other drinks.
