Dunkin' - Stow

Depending on when you go to this location it can be packed. Even when the line is wrapped through the parking lot, I can usually get through the drive thru in a decent amount of time. They never give me the total at the ordering speaker and the interior/exterior could be setup better and look nicer. I have to say that the staff is always so nice. The food and coffee are ok, we just go there for the donuts for my kids. I think that overall Panera has better quality baked goods.

Very slow in the drive thru. 20 plus minutes before I even made it to the window. Didn't get my total at the speaker, never do. And the person taking my order was unpleasant and didn't want to even acknowledge that she heard part of my order. This is not a one time thing. Happens every time.

When there are 5/6 people on the floor including 2 managers and one being the store manager. Your drive thru should NOT be so slow. Actually care about service times while yall are asking for tips.

I think this Dunkin' Donuts is amazing I've been to the one in Kent on 59 and they Made me feel like I was unwanted that they were too busy though everybody is busy I thought it was not very professional but this Dunkin' Donuts and the one in cowgirl falls on Graham road and the 1 in Streetsboro on 14 are amazing they totally make you feel like you're a customer not a problem

I came here this morning on a sunday and went through the drive through and the lady who took my order in the drive through was just completely rude. i work in the restaurant industry and customer service as a host and never in my life would i say ok and k after every sentence in an annoyed tone and then not even get out order right but when we tried to say our order wasn 't right she just rudely was like ok ill change it then and then never did and out order was still wrong ?
