Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Stouffville

Wednesday, 16. September I went to the Popeyes restaurant at 9830 Markham Rd in Markham Ontario to buy 3 of your new chicken sandwich. This would be the third time this week I bought these sandwiches, but this time I found something very strange. I... the sandwich was much smaller, then the other two times I had it. Every time I had it, I was in another restaurant, but this time I felt like the restaurant used another chicken piece for the sandwich, it was much smaller. Now you can say it was just the sandwich, but I bought 3 of them and there all the same little chicken patty. This is the new sandwich that started this week in Canada. I didn't go back to the restaurant to complain because they would just deny it. That's why I'm sending you this problem by email. I felt like I ran away. I had the same sandwich 2 separate times before and I can honestly say the chicken was much smaller in this time around. I got your main office on the 18th. September sent by email and Jessica said she would forward the complaint to the right department. I didn't hear anything, then I got back by email on 30. September and received this number 1 (877) 767-3937. I called this number on October 1 and explained the situation and called for a district or division manager to speak. 20 minutes later I get a call from the store manager or the owner of the same store. I don't want to talk to them, I want to talk to a district manager so I can address my complaint correctly. If the store owner has pulled out people, they'll turn it under the carpet. Since then, I had the sandwich at least 3 or 4 times more and I can confirm that they used a much smaller chicken fillet, then the one that was assumed to be used. I'm asking you to talk to a District Manager or Area Manager of this area. I don't want a Franchisee or a shop. This message was sent to Popeyes 5 October and I was not contacted by a district manager yet. Very poor customer service

Personnel can not count, short piece me already three times, cold chicken, missed items etc.... you call it, they did it.

Had lunch there with wife and brother in law. Too much to eat. Poutine wasn't so delicious. Cajun fries, not everyone's pleasure. The chicken was baked. Probably the style, but none of us were thrilled with one of them.

Better than KFC, delicious, crispy and juicy, but too salty for my taste buds. I had my first Popeyes chicken 5 years ago on my last visit here in Canada, and immediately I asked my relatives to get me some Popeyes chicken when I... here 2 days ago. Not sure why this time is a little salty. I'd still eat Popeye's chicken, but maybe eat it with some gland and not eat it alone.

I have always loved the flavor of Popeye's Louisiana chicken and the other day I saw a new location I thought had opened in Stouffville. I was a week early so went 7 km south to the Popeye's on Markham Road. We had their spicy...chicken with delicious biscuits and a tasty coleslaw. The chicken is always a treat and the side dishes were superb, Great value and we look forward to the new Stouffville location opening soon.
