Mcdonald's - Storm Lake

Swung by to get a happy food for my son for a fast meal after a long day. the children worked rudely and when I got to eat home, my son tried his chicken nuggets and pommes, but would not eat them because he said they taste bad. I tried them and they were obviously old and stale. that was the last stray for me. our family will be hardees only if we have to have a cheating night.

They got most of our order wrong and forgot half of everything and we still had to pay for what we didn’t get

Didn't call our number for the food and didn't have our shakes even finished waited 30 mins for our food

I asked for nothing but cheese on my burger, I said it TWICE. the fries were cold and they didn’t even give me the right pop.

This place doesn't deserve one star! I have never been in such a disgusting place! When we went to get our drinks, they were out of ice tea and sweet tea. There were wet napkins laying on the drink bar. The straws were just sitting in a plastic bag which was covered with ketchup! The ketchup cups were covered in ketchup! I went up and asked for ketchup packets and told them they needed to clean it up. No one touched it while we were there from 12:00-12:30. My husband had a McRib with a petrified bun and cold bbq sauce! I lost my appetite so didn't eat mine. One of the employees was out front kissing and hugging a friend Appropriate?? I will never even go through the drive thru for a drink there!!!!
