Panda Kitchen - Stoke-on-Trent

The food was of excellent quality and was delivered incredibly quickly.

Honestly, this is the best Chinese restaurant in the Stoke area. The staff is lovely and the food is divine. It's rare to find good salt and pepper chips these days, but they make them perfectly here. The chicken balls are delicious, and everything they serve is amazing.

I have been a customer of this restaurant for a long time and every time I order, the food is consistently excellent. The delivery service is very fast and the staff is always friendly and courteous when I call. I highly recommend this restaurant.

My partner and I are both very confident home cooks, so when we dine out or take away it has to at least match own standards. Panda kitchen have been brilliant. Customer service has been exceptional and we are always greeted with a smile and friendly pleasantries (they will remember your name also The shop has always been clean on every visit and you can see the kitchen from the shop front also (also clean every time . They currently hold a 5 star food safety rating also which is a very welcome feature (other local take aways have had as low as 1 and even 0 stars! Onto the food, They do not shy away from using stronger hotter spices in their meals where noted and you can tell the vegetables are freshly prepared. Our favorites are their smoked spicy chicken, salt and pepper squid and the hot and sour soup (which is often spicy, thick with fresh ingredients and meat, without being sickly or gloopy from too much corn flour or sugar Portions are generous and every main also includes a separate boiled rice (or fried rice for an additional surcharge as a rough guide £20 will feed both of us a starter, soup (one splits perfectly into our own soup bowls and main course each, we will often have left overs too for the next day. We'd love to see some other dishes added to the menu (rest assured family favorites are here, we just love exploring new food perhaps some signature dishes and something unique to make Panda Kitchen really stand out. Panda's at this time (June 2017 do not accept credit or debit cards and so do not have any online ordering service however they do operate a Facebook Page, where new menus are posted and have also posted about major road disruptions that may delay deliveries. Suggestions to the owners continue as you have to keep the customer service and quality high, we would rather pay an extra few pounds for the best take away in the area than cheaper frozen and reheated fodder that's available from most other places. Perhaps introduce different monthly specials of less often seen dishes, you could promote these on your Facebook page as well as introduce them on the phone to your local fans who may be more willing to try something a little different (eg yuk sung, special dim sums, enoki mushrooms or lotus root
