Happy Valley - Stockton-on-Tees

The duck pancakes, house special chow mein, and prawn crackers were absolutely delicious. They were ready right on time for collection, freshly cooked and piping hot. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I ordered a meal from this restaurant which arrived slightly late, but it was well worth the wait as it was absolutely delicious. Huge thanks to all the staff for their hard work.

I used to frequent this restaurant because the food was usually fantastic, but this time we ordered a box filled with different starters and chips. The lemon chicken side dish, however, was still delicious. When we opened the box, it looked like it had been dropped and everything was just thrown back in. Everything was stone cold, the salt and pepper chicken was dried up and hard, and the chips only tasted normal. I called to complain about missing items, only to be told that they were there but so small they looked like chips. This restaurant used to be our favorite due to the great food, but it seemed like the quality had dropped and the food was cold. I ordered 4 hours in advance, but it felt like the food had been cooked hours ago and left on a shelf. I hope they address these issues because otherwise, I won't be returning.

We have had take-away from here before and it has always been very good. We ordered the set meal for two on New Year’s Eve. Arrived on time, hot plentiful. Fresh tasty food, too much for both of us. It would have fed at least 3. I will be ordering again would definitely recommend the Happy Valley.

Unbelievable food, whether you order it as a take away or you sit in at the restaurant. Always arrives fast and food is always hot. The most delicious fruity hot chicken, and the best crispy shredded beef. Only ever order Chinese food from here, no where else compares!
