Banditos Burrito - Stirling

First time I'd been since the change in managrment and was hugely disappointed. Used to be able to go in have a burrito/taco etc. made in front of you, and youd quickly have some delicious food. Now you give them an order you sit in a corner for about 10 minutes and the burrito was really bland and disappointing, much fewer options too. Everyone was lovely in there, but the place was deserted at Sunday lunchtime and I kind if get why. I fear for them.

Honestly, the restaurant was not as good as it used to be (possibly under new ownership). The ordering process was confusing and the food did not taste as fresh as it used to. Previously, the chips were made that day and the food was prepared in front of customers. Now, the food took longer to prepare, the chips were not crispy, and the burritos seemed to be made more like paninis, which was strange. I don't think we will be returning. The staff were friendly, which is why I am giving it 2 stars, but the food quality was not up to par.

The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow. I waited 35 minutes for a burrito bowl that typically only takes 5 minutes to prepare. The staff were arguing with each other, which resulted in the person at the register needing 4 attempts to take my order. The food was decent, but the slow service was a major disappointment. This was my second visit to this place, as the first time the service was also slow. I won't be giving them another chance.

I visited this restaurant for the first time since it was taken over by new management and was not impressed. While the burritos were decent, my order was incorrect. The tortilla chips were soggy and lacked crispiness, leaving them more like digestive biscuits than traditional tortilla chips. The hot wings were disappointing as well, as they were baked in Frank's buffalo sauce, which I enjoy, but lacked the crispy texture I prefer. Overall, this is an okay spot if you're in the mood for a burrito, but it falls short of being great.

Very slow service. 35 min wait for a burrito bowl in the rule takes 5 min. the workers who argue with each other took the person to up to 4 trying to take the order. when I first visited this website service, it was very slow, but thought maybe it was another thing, so decided to give them a second chance. never again.
