When the food was finally remade and brought back to us, there was still no apology. The presentation of my waffle was poor, with sliced bananas thrown in the box in large pieces. Additionally, our milkshakes were forgotten, and when they were finally delivered, my boyfriend's M&M milkshake had pieces of candy stuck to the straw. Despite the inconvenience, we decided not to return to the restaurant due to the poor service and lack of concern for food hygiene. The workers were lazy and unprofessional, with some not wearing masks properly as indicated by the restaurant's own rules. Overall, a disappointing experience at this establishment.

I had to wait for over half an hour just to see my food sitting on the side for 10 minutes before being served. When I asked for a refund due to the terrible service, I was told to wait in line. I am extremely dissatisfied.

I called to inquire about my order and requested to speak with the manager multiple times, but was rudely informed that I was already speaking to the manager. I would not recommend this restaurant as they tend to speak to their customers disrespectfully.

Walked in, hadn’t booked a table. Was told there was no availability for the rest of the night. We said that was fine and decided to get a take away. After we had ordered we then sat at the front of the restaurant (in what looked like a waiting area) prepared to wait, we was then told we couldn’t sit there as it was the way people would usually exit. We said ok where can we stand, the so called ‘supervisor’ then said outside, baring in mind it was raining and severely windy. We asked a young boy behind the counter if we could stand and wait to the side out of the way no where near anyone, he said yes of course that’s fine. She then stormed over, made a scene, told us we were causing trouble and to get outside before she called the manager to escort us out. Her tone was so patronising and rude. We felt incredibly attacked. As we waited outside we saw her come out, she began to snog her boyfriend as we watched our takeaways on the side waiting to be brought out to us. incredibly unprofessional, working in the same industry I’m well aware of the rules and regulations that need to be abided by in the current circumstances, but I am also aware of the customer service that should go along with that. I understand COVID has affected but... says part of the eat out scheme but can’t eat in because they’re too lazy to arrange tables and there’s several booths where social distancing IS achievable. Waited 30 minutes for a couple of scoops of ice cream and some ore made lukewarm crepes. 4 staff working behind the till and they were prioritising deliveries instead of actual customers before them. Their one way system was like a game of snakes and ladders as everyone was passing eachother to pick up their order. I don’t even care if these crepes are nice, the service was a shambles and I’m disappointed at myself that I BOTHERED to go to this p*ss poor establishment
