Old Chicago Pizza And Taproom In Westm

The cheese on the pizza had a very strange texture. The mozzarella sticks were cold.

A little upset. My wife and I had a previous issue with a missing gift card at this particular location a year ago. I decided to go again for a work lunch a week ago. I had the Chicago Fire calzone with some sauce. I also got food poisoning, no extra charge! I'm not sure I will be visiting this location a third time, whether on my own dime or on somebody else's. Spend your money elsewhere.

Pizza is awesome! Service was great as well! Will definitely return!

I was here on Saturday 8/3/24, it was late and I ordered a personal 2 topping pizza. The bartender was Marie M. About 1/2 way through the personal pizza I became violently ill, I can literally pinpoint the bite I took when my body began to violently react. Marie was the worst, she couldn’t care less and charged me for 2 drinks when I only ordered and drank 1/2 of, 1. The idiot manager who was some disconnected, long haired, bearded failure; was at least accommodating after I showed him my military credentials; I guess he decided to believe me or something. In any case, do not go here. You are putting your life in danger if you do.

I have been here a couple of times and it was OK. I have avoided the Thornton location to come here this recent time I placed an online order once I went to pick up the staff and manager swore that a Door Dasher had pick up my order. Made me wait to remake my order, than came out with my order with whoops we made the pizza with mushrooms when asked for none, the mgr Chad super unapologetic after waiting an hour, said bye heres your refund if you don’t want it
