KFC - Steinbach

Horrible service! Went through drive thru ordered a chicken sandwich meal and 4 pc chicken meal and waited 40 min! Unacceptable. Heard others complaining they had been waiting an hr already! The poor guy taking the orders was apologetic but of course it wasn’t his fault. Who ever owns this franchise has no clue how to run a business or take care of customers properly! Going out to eat at a nice restaurant would not take this long after ordering to bring your food. First and last time will be going here for a quick meal. Never even offered us or the others waiting anything to make up for their lack of experience, speediness and just over all bad handling of the situation. Mentioned to my daughter and she said they had the same thing happen awhile ago to them where they waited over 30 min for 2 chicken sandwich meals! Honestly they should lose their franchise rights! They obviously have no idea what they are doing or how to handle simple orders and deliver the product in a reasonable time. If I could have rated it in the negative side would be a -10 and then some.

KFC is one of my favorite fast food outlets Every time they ask what sauce you would like they don't give you any. Do they get a bonus on how little sauce they can hand out. If they are I am sure they have put their children through college with the amount of times they have screwed me alone.

My husband ordered a two piece and a three piece chicken dinner. Both had a thigh and a leg while mine also had a wing for the extra $1.30. Dried out fries and a tiny container of mushy cole slaw completed the dinner. I can't wait til Mary Brown's opens in our town.

A poorfood outlet of Manitoba. I ordered two pieces of grilled chicken(20th Nov) from drive through. When i reached home and opened the box i found two deep fried chicken pieces and at that time the store was closed. Then i complaind about the store at kfc customer service. They did nothing, then on next day i went to the store with two pieces of chicken with me and i asked the manager Which chicken is this??. She told its a deep fried chicken, then i told her the whole story from the beginning then she told me that we dont have grilled chicken, then i told her that your staff had to tell me at the time of taking order of grilled chicken. Then she started saying sorry. This restaurant have only Phillipino staff and they dont understand the language and even the customer is unable to understand their language. This is indeed a poor kfc i have ever visited in my life. Two times before i got chicken pieces loose like a sox....

Chicken was terrible. !!!! Was Gross and inedible. We left our meals to go eat somewhere else. May never return to any KFC location anywhere
