Ambiente - Staufen im Breisgau

We had gogelt in the non' restaurant ambiente', since the next day we had received a reservation in the 2 stars restaurant brazing at douce steiner. when we found the locals in an industrial area, we were not quite sure that the high ratings would be a little hurry. big retum!!! - we had a nice table with quiet surroundings in the garden. the food and the wine were delicious. how to recommend this before place to anyone who puts on excellent eating. the prices are absolutely for this top quality. of us would be at least 1 michael star due! next year we will return to the fosgau for a few days to enjoy the 2 stars kitchen in douce stones, we will definitely return to the family luiz in ambiente'!

This restaurant doesn't have old timber beams nor is it in the historic center of town, but nonetheless we had a very pleasant evening here. The outside dining was quiet and very pleasant, and the food was excellent value.

Beautiful food and fantastic service. We had the set menu for the table and enjoyed a perch entree, beef cheeks main and mango and chocolate dessert. Wines and beer (served very cold) were excellent.

Wir sind seit Jahren dort Gäste – immer, wenn wir etwas Besonderes essen wollen, gehen wir ins Ambiente. Und wir sind jedes Mal begeistert.Es gibt nur eine kleine Karte, aber Herr Luiz zaubert mit frischen Produkten immer etwas Besonders. Ob Fisch, Fleisch oder Vegetarisches – es ist immer Super.Frau Luiz hat den Service auf ihre charmante und professionelle Art mit guten Weinempfehlungen gut im Griff und lässt sich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen. Hoffentlich bleiben sie uns noch lange erhalten.
