Subway - Statesville

Short staffed like everybody else in the world. Worked hard to make you feel you weren't being a burden. Quick efficient friendly service.

Well first of all I hadn't been to this Subway location in years because I always go to a different location buy I sure am glad I went to this location this time because the customer service from the gentleman working that evening was great. He greeted me upon walking in the door, then asked how he could help me, even asked if I wanted extra meat on my turkey sub( I paid extra for it of course) then he engaged in actual conversation with me while he was making my sub not just talk about the food. This gentleman was very pleasant and made my visit a pleasure. I wouldn't mind visiting again. I wish I had found out his name so I could mention it in this review. The only thing I didn't like was, to me the price was ridiculous $14 just for one sub and a bottle of water, that makes no sense. What happened to the $5 footlongs?

The young man that made my sandwich was amazing. Super nice and he definitely knew what he wa s doing. Very pleased with the price and service. I will be returning very soon.

I love the Girls that work here. LAUREN really does her Best to fix things correctly is always so pleasant. I'm just not as satisfied with the product like it use to be.
