By 10:45 I decided to call this store to see what happened I hadn’t gotten my order that was expected by. 9:45. A man answered and said he was going to check and se what happened I kid you not I was on hold for almost 20 minutes, nobody picked up the phone again. So I called back, selected option 2 and the machine said your order has been cancelled. They cancelled while I was on hold.I’m a very understanding person, but nobody told me what happened and asked if I wanted to cancel or wait for them to make my order and picked up the phone instead of just leaving me on hold until I decided to hang up and just cancel it with no apology or explanation ? …. Zero communication.I had to find out they cancelled my order while I was put on hold most likely because they never made it.Mind you as soon as I called they asked if I wanted delivery or take out, so they could have still made the order if they took me out of hold … otherwise why even take new orders ? I even placed a 20% tip on a $40 order. I think it’s an overall bad situation but mostly for the delivery driver that loses out on money for poor customer service and orders not being made at all. It’s just bad business for the store and others who depend on tips from deliveries.I won’t be ordering anymore, this is not the first time either, this was just the second time I ever ordered here, the first time it took 2+ hours but a friendly and helpful man answered the phone, while I was waiting for him to get back on the line the driver was at my door. Still I was kind and understanding then, and understanding now, after all it’s just pizza, but as a director in my line of work at this point it’s a pattern and you guys are cheating the drivers mostly so I hope that team work and communication improves.Back in FL whenever an order was placed online they would call me to confirm the order, aside from online tracking they still called, it was a good confirmation and execution style maybe this store could use that system to keep things in check.
My last visit was nasty food it's normally good. The pizza was nasty and the pasta. I tried to call them they answered and sent me to the store. Nobody answered the phone don't ever eat there. I t is a zero review
Never on time per the tracker, and there is no way to speak to an actual person at the location for corrections. Hungry Howie’s, Papa John’s, and Domino’s are all better options.
Online, this store is listed as open at 10 am. I placed an order at 11:12am. It said it would be delivered by 11:37am. My card was charged, and the tracker said the order was in the oven. When it didn't arrive, I figured they were most likely just running behind because it's a Saturday. I didn't need it until about noon anyway. I called the store once an hour had passed, and it says we are closed and hung up. It's very disappointing that the app would allow an order to go through when the store isn't open. We have now been patiently waiting for an order that was never even in the process of being made. I tried to call the corporate number, and it says they are closed until 1 pm central time. I waited until after that time still says closed. I need to be contacted for a full refund.
Absolutely disappointed with this location. Been going here for the last couple of years and recently every order has come with some difficulties. Once they forgot to make half my order, made the wrong food on a different order, and most recently they cancelled my order to close the store in the middle of the day. I found out this only after driving to the store. They never called or sent any message to indicate they cancelled the order.
