I have to add a star because I can't enter a comment without leaving him with no one. I told the stupid workers that their loudspeaker system does not work and nothing is done. today the stupid immature girl tried to accuse the weather .really? I told her that with good or bad weather, and I'm telling them to get that in troubleshooting. To be honest, she prefers to apologize and talk about the situation, vs just say, ok I talk to management. The stupidest comment she gave was terrible. instead of driving to hyland

Worst customer service ever. The female Hispanic worker Wouldn't honor our .25 coffee order . Told us it was mobile order only after we ordered it and it was made. So we tried to do mobile order but it wouldn't accept it since it was close to closing time . We were at the Richmond avenue location at 8;45 pm and she told us to try the one on hylan maybe!? So instead of her honoring it , she now wasted the coffees and closed the window on us while were speaking and continued laughing at us with her coworkers. Would like to give zero stars if I could .

Employees are so rude , even their manager is the rudest , i had a case with him and all the stuff is rude , good place and coffee with rude ppl .. i dont recommend to even communicate with them and there is no management even to complaint , just get ur coffee
