The Pizza Parlor - Staten Island

My boyfriend and I are relocating to Florida and wanted to enjoy some authentic New York style pizza before we left. He stumbled upon this place and quickly grabbed a slice, only to return home raving about it! We decided to order the Wednesday special, a Sicilian pie, and it was truly one of the best I have ever had. The pizza was light with a delicious sauce and just the right amount of cheese. The crust was crunchy yet light as air - I have no idea how they achieved that! There is something special about their dough, resulting in a perfectly fermented taste that adds to the overall flavor. This place definitely knows what they're doing when it comes to pizza making. I personally prefer it over L&B Delicious. 5 stars from me!

The pizza at this restaurant is excellent. We have ordered from here multiple times and recently tried the family special. It was a great deal, with generous portions and everything tasted delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Good food. the portions are huge, making the price reasonable. the meatballs might have been better, but the aubergineparmigiana was excellent!

A little expensive, but eating was really good and the staff very friendly. try the Grandma Piee and meatballs! worth a visit!
