Mcdonald's - Staten Island

I went to the mcdonald’s on hylan blvd. especially for the holiday cake I read. I have my order for a small frit a cheeseburger and a holiday cake and until the time that I eat it, it was just the regular apple cake. they need to be a bit more careful when they compile the commands. the Christmas cake is not even so great that I would not get it again.

Cashier’s in this branch are always not at the station. I went to this industry at 8.30. I've been waiting for a long time and some customers go away. I complained to a cashier who wasn't on uniform. I asked for a manager, but she told me she was busy. she went back, but took her back and went out of the restaurant. there was a new customer waiting for a cashier order to pick up, but still no one has taken over her order.

I haven't gone to mcdonald for a long time. never really liked to eat, but went there for a friend. I hated the order by a terminal. I'd rather give someone my job. with all the on line preorders I waited almost 20 min for two burgers near cash, where pickup service felt chaotic. we don't see each other for a long time. I'll say a lot. the place itself was clean and does not smell like fat.

I waited on the car line to order a caramel frappe only to find out they were out of them. There was no prior notice saying they were out of the Carmel frappes. Then I ordered a banana strawberry smoothie and then when I went to pick it up they said they didn't have any banana strawberry smoothies and I had to get the mango smoothie. Why don't they post the sign when they don't have products so we don't wait online but nothing!

Every time I come here, there is always some issue with their system. It means cash only, limited menu and some other BS that will likely charge you the wrong price, take a really long time and mix up your orders. I've only gotten food there 4x in 2 yrs and this has already happened to me 3 out of the 4 times! Staff are nice enough and food has been normal McD's food but it's such a bad location time wise too always super busy and slow.
