Smith's Waco Market - Stark County

Popular place might be good, but I don't know very rude won't be back

I called in an order of pizza chicken for a birthday party/pickup 1. Told me since it was $94. , over their $92 limit, I'd have to prepay. So I told them I'd just order the pizza my son could order the chicken. Told me the pizza was 49. My Son ordered 2 of the 12 piece chicken boxes(specifically asked not to include alot of skimpy wings) Went to pickup, couldn't find either order.. Came up with the pizza, said he'd check on the chicken the chicken while I took the pizza to front counter. Came back he had the 2 boxes of chicken. checkout the pizza cost $54 and the chicken cost $54 . on way to party Son pointed out the coincidental $54 cost of BOTH purchases the pizza box had Billy written on it...not our name. It seems they didn't have our orders replaced them with them with what was available. Btw, they chicken was dry overcooked the wings were basically uneatable. I don't live in Canton anymore so I haven't ordered from Waco mkt since visiting for a party early last year. Surprises me how much the service food has gone downhill. Will not recommend or purchase from them anymore.
