I said, “Can you have the toys?” they said yes, we ordered them and they were only the regular meal without the toys. I wouldn't even have this menu item for the fact that I was told that the toy included. I tried to call several times after and no one answers the phone. very disappointed, so we are the other people I ordered when I returned home.
Language was a barrier. All I ordered was coffee. Very simple. They were going to charge me for a meal. I told them I only ordered coffee, which was supposed to be a dollar. She was charging me over 2 dollars. When I told her the sign said any size coffee was 1 dollar. She couldn't explain, asked if I wanted to speak to manager. I explained to her that the sign said 1 dollar. Apparently they were charging me for an iced coffee. Very frustrating!
They are not have respect for the clients, the manager José don 't give us a service, because we are mad for repeat more than 3 times the order, we repeat in English and Spanish but they don 't hear us! Really need a best customer service and more Respectful people!
1:30pm today, dude named Eric was polite and called me “sir” multiple times. This was the most pleasant interaction I’ve ever had in a McD drive thru!If you read this Eric, you’re going places ?? Hope I didn’t scare you when I asked for your name ?
The child play area no longer has air conditioning. Very hot in there. We had to leave because of it.Kid-friendliness: Kids love to go to McDonald's to play on items you have there. And loves the food at McDonald's.
