Blue Fugu Japanese Steakhouse

Been coming here since 2004. very high quality crunchy rolls that i havent found anywhere else- ive even dined at the world famous morimoto in philladelphia and i STILL didnt get crunch rolls made as good as blue fugu!!

Had hibachi. Sushi roll took 45 mins. The raw fish was served after the hot food. Spicy tuna roll. Had one piece. I had to send it back. As someone who eats such at least once a week I couldn't stomach it. The chicken in the hibachi wasn't sitting right with me. The steak for hibachi was just seasoned with soy sauce. Even the noodles. This place needs salt. I'm sensitive to my taste buds but I need a pinch of salt and flavor. Maybe I'm just from Long Island new York but I just wasnt feeling this spot. Really disappointed. Atmosphere is great. But the food is just blehhhhhh.

Absolutely fabulous! We always have sushi and it is incredibly fresh. Try the specials! Great to go with a group if not everyone is a sushi fan... others can order off the cooked menu. Service is hands down excellent. Never had anything less than a stellar experience. Thank you

Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, and super friendly staff! My first time going in there I felt like a regular. I love this place!

Very friendly food good cook was funny. Just not talking to customers.
