Taco Bell - St. Pauls

I went inside to order tonight and as I'm ordering other people are coming in or getting the food they ordered never once does anyone greet you as you enter. When you walk to the counter they ignore you until you've stood there for a few minutes. As someone who works in customer service I find this very rude. Without your customers you wouldn't been open. Food was still warm enough for me to eat...but my food was a little burnt and very stingy with the cheese, sauce and steak

Everything was fresh tasty i order 2 Cravings Box one beef chalupa one chicken but got two beef ones only thing that wasnt right

Service was extremely slow for not being busy. Nobody working the counter so you had to use the kiosk to order. Food tasted good but wasn't hot, which was surprising considering the slow service. Also, the quesadilla.. see photo. Might as well have not cutit at all... ????
