It was okay. eat what they would expect, but probably not worth a return visit.

Eating was usually good, the waiting period was a bit long, but the service, nina was great. she did everything to make us comfortable only the complaint was the fish and chips. the fish was fat brot. very little fish, although in saw impressive on the plate.

Sat outside on the terrace and the ambiente was great.

Our server had no modifications before (I don't think the demand for an olive oil dress after an salad was particularly difficult) and although the restaurant was not busy, our drinks were refilled only before the finish.

Of course Covid comes into play here. There were no available tables at our reservation time (which they can’t help) but there was also no place to sit to wait. So my year old Dad and I (with my arthritic knees) trundled out to the car to wait. It wasn’t a long wait, which was good, in a way, but meant as soon as we sat down we had to trundle back in! Service was not quick. My water glass was empty a good amount of time. We were at the table for minutes after ordering before we got our food, but when it came, it was delicious. We both had the Pogue Mahone burger and Dad mentioned several times that I should have ordered the pub chips like he did instead of fries. Both were good! It certainly wasn’t a bad experience although it also wasn’t super stellar. I definitely will go back.
