Bidrage med feedbackThe drive-thru at this restaurant had an option for online orders as well as regular orders. However, it was mentioned that you may need to go through the drive-thru twice to receive your food, which is not ideal. Additionally, I was unsure of what was in my caramel wrap.
Closed at 10 o'clock when the website says 11 o'clock. always too late on each order. it takes forever to go through the drive. Even if the place is full, it seems as if there are chaos in the kitchen that get the right order, almost impossible in time. I have used the mobile order many times and the half of the time, I have to go inside to pick them up as they leave it on the countertop. something needs to change at the personal or management level

I asked for an extra package sirup and was said it would be an extra 50 cent. then I was told by this non-chalant hired that I had to go back through the drive to put an order for a single pack sirup. after passing through the drive, the second window stopped to take orders. very dissatisfied with this situation. avoid them costing to all! they made me terribly uncomfortable. I wasn't too late for work.
The poor guy upfront had no idea what he was doing (assume he was brand new). We were given the wrong persons order, and though the lady manager was nice the 3 times I had to come back up for missing items, I cannot say that she or others were as nice to each other. There was alot of yelling and many messed up orders.
