There are several Japanese sushi restaurants in St. Leonards, ranging from average to good, but Cafe Wasabi stands out as the best in the area. Located just around the corner from the station tunnel, it may be easy to miss, but the tantalizing smell of pork and beef cooking in the front window will guide you in. The staff is extremely friendly and the prices are reasonable. If only they served scallop nigiri! Definitely worth a visit next time you're in St. Leonards.
