I love panera and their food. i always get takeout and every single time whether it’s curbside or inside and i pick it up it is terrible customer service. i work in a restaurant, i know it sucks sometimes but i literally have people walking outside and throwing my bag of food at me and walking away not saying a word. i don’t even care about people being super nice but i don’t want them to be rude.

This was a really great meal. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We had such a bad experience at another Panera that I had complained to main headquarters. Was so pleased that Panera credited our Panera account with a full refund.

Their pepperoni mozzarella cheese Flatbread is amazing a d delicious. Great chew and flavor

I just did a cafe pick up order. My experience was most unpleasant as I was chastised by a female employee in charge. On previous pick ups, I have waited patiently in line to request my pick up only to be told by employees that I don't need to stand in line for a pick up. I simply can go get it. But today was altogether different. So Panera, I ask you, does some employee training need to happen at this location? Answer: YES!
