Mcdonald's - St. Clair Shores

Worst location on the planet. Raze the building. Employees inside ignoring the drive thru only . When I pulled around to get attention they seemed to be enjoying the free wifi. Filthy and the lot is full of craters. I could keep going but why bother ?

When you order 4 large meals and pay extra for them but are given half of the correct portion. SMH They had them laying in the bag in a way I wouldn’t notice until I got home and took them out. I gave two stars because the girl at the window was very nice.

Throughout my wait, I noticed that the staff were engaged with other customers, laughing and chatting instead of working, which explained the long line. After this experience, I won’t be returning to this establishment. I believe the workers have a lot to learn about respect and equality if they hope to succeed in their careers. It's disappointing to see such behavior, and I urge others not to support a business that employs workers who display such racism. I look forward to the day when technology can replace these individuals and provide a better customer service experience.

Absolutely disgusting. We usually use the drive-thru, but my son wanted to play in the play area this time. It had been years since we visited before the pandemic, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. While the dining area seemed relatively new, everything was covered in dust and dirt. The play area was filthy, and the restroom had a gross toilet brush just sitting on the floor; everything just felt dirty. After seeing the inside, we won’t even consider using the drive-thru again. This place desperately needs new management.

The wait was about 15 minutes, which was no problem since I’m happy to wait for fresh, good food. However, they did forget one of my sandwiches, and the fries were cold. I haven’t been to McDonald’s in years, and I thought I’d treat myself to something tasty, but it didn’t live up to my expectations. The drive-thru parking area has a lot of space, but there are huge craters and potholes. Come on, McDonald’s, you can do better!
