Johnny Rocco's Italian Grill

I was disappointed to give this restaurant another chance, but the salad was still brown. This is unacceptable considering the price. The owner had posted to email him, so I did, but I received no response.

I recently tried the Make Your Own Pasta option at this restaurant, hoping for an authentic Italian meal. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing for several reasons. 1. False Advertising: Despite claiming to be an Italian restaurant, the only Italian aspect seemed to be the menu titles. The food lacked the promised authenticity. 2. Poor Pasta Quality: The pasta was bland and of low quality, resembling store-bought options. It lacked flavor and texture. 3. Excess Oil and Water: The dish arrived swimming in oil and water, making the noodles soggy and unappetizing. 4. Mediocre Sausage: The Italian sausage seemed to be a generic spicy option, lacking proper seasoning and flavor. 5. Subpar Ingredients: Canned olives and poorly prepared vegetables were disappointing choices, with little regard for quality. 6. Excessive Oil Usage: The pasta was overly oily, a detail even acknowledged by the staff, raising concerns about the kitchen's attention to detail. 7. Missing Items: Despite an additional charge for a salad, it was not included in my order, leading to disappointment and frustration. 8. Limited Dessert Selection: The lack of dessert options, apart from a single chocolate dish, highlighted the restaurant's shortcomings. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I have no plans to return or recommend this restaurant. The attached photos further illustrate the disappointing reality of dining at this supposedly Italian establishment.

The food was delicious! Our server was very friendly and attentive. I visited with friends on a Monday and they were offering an amazing special. I will definitely be returning! Thank you.

Great food and service always. We go roughly 2 times a month and the service is always bang on. The atmosphere is great as well.

Very long wait time even after being seated. The waiter wasn't the friendliest. Food was presented poorly and the taste didn't make up for it. Someone behind us actually left because it took so long to be served. Not the best for the price, wasn't the worst place ever but if you have other options you may want to think twice.
