Harvey's - St. Catharines

It's very sad, I just came in Canada, I tried to buy here as I don't have a car, I went through the self service, the girls don't talk to me, I leaned out the glass and asked her. please help me and they did not want to hide them, it is really very frustrating, disappointing and humiliating as I go to not care and be treated there, so they should be ready to serve all kinds of people with or without car

I have ordered a burger and the old lady with the glasses was extremely rude all the time and I could hear the most gracious way she can hear her shrill voice through her mask and she wouldn't speak if I said I can't hear you. she touches the burger all strange and poked it while trying to put on the jalapeños and it left a small hole in the burger. complete let them absolutely müll and do not recommend this harverys because of this old vogel

Unfortunately, this place is not what he was earlier. whether it's the coarsely boiled grilled chicken or soggy frries or the price change every time I go there. Recently they had no salt and today they had no lids for the soda, so they used coffee lid instead. no resistance to the visit. hopefully this lives short.

This old lady who works there, I would assume that she was the manager as she guides the people around. she refused to make me a new burger when she put dead on my burger, after I told her I am allergic to them, she bumbled something under breath and then continue to say, take it or leave it. I'll never eat this facility again.

Love Harvey's! I'm dissapointed though that they changed their cheese to processed slices. I appreciated the real cheese. The location near me (Geneva St, St. Catharines) has been declining though over the last few months. Multiple occasions where the onion rings were raw or overcooked and their buns/burgers were rock hard. Almost like they were precooked hours before then nuked in a microwave at the time over order. I was reimbursed and reassured it wouldn't happen again but it has. Also recieved a black, burnt burger as well. However, if you go to another location you won't be dissapointed!
