Fat Cats Pizza - St. Catharines

I visited this restaurant three times for a drink and appetizer, but each time the bartender told me they were closing, even though the website says they close at 11:00 pm. This discrepancy is misleading and is costing the restaurant potential customers. They need to ensure they have reliable bartenders and prioritize customer service over other concerns.

We decided to try a new restaurant for delivery through DoorDash, but it was a big mistake. The wings were just okay, on the smaller side. The calzone was below average and even worse, it had a significant amount of hair in it, which was extremely disgusting. This is completely unacceptable and avoidable. We will never order from here again.

We ordered food for delivery but unfortunately it was significantly delayed. When the driver arrived, he informed us that they had made the wrong pizza and had to prepare another one. While mistakes happen, the pizza we received was undercooked and not edible. The wings were also barely coated in sauce and broken apart. When I called the restaurant to address my concerns, I was met with dismissive responses like "Don't know what to tell you" and "I didn't cook it." Despite spending nearly $60 on this meal, it was clear that the restaurant did not care about their customer's satisfaction. It is disappointing to waste money on such poor quality food, especially on a Sunday night. I had to go out and purchase an entirely new dinner for my family as a result of this experience.

On a Saturday night two pizzas ordered to leave. Fast service, delicious pizza and everyone was happy. Thin crust, fresh ingredients and beautiful sauce. Come back.

We ordered take out. They were very busy so the wait was about 25 minutes. The place is small, with a small restaurant attached. Many people ordering take out when were visited. Overall the pizza was fantastic, I would recommend pizza from this place. My...daughter had Greek salad with chicken. They forgot to give us the chicken in the salad but we had paid for it. They forgot to give us utensils as well. Greek salad came in a container and all items were separate. She had to mix them together, and the dressing seemed to be store bought and not made. My other daushter had mushroom fetuccini with chicken. While it was good, it was very heavy with a garlic flavour, and seemed very greasy rather than creamy. I believe their specialty must be pizza as the one we ordered was excellent. Freshly made and authentic. I would recommend the pizza but not salad nor pasta. If you get take out, check that you have your order correct before leaving.
