Starbucks Canada - Spruce Grove

This restaurant has the best staff and drinks! It's a relaxing and fantastic place to spend some time in.

Always behind. This is the third time my pickup order isn't even close to ready by the time stated. Today I had paid for my coffee for pickup and had to leave without it or I was going to miss an appointment. No coffee ready with a half hour from when I placed my order. The whole point to ordering ahead is so that I'm not waiting in line. Not sure if they understand that concept. I understand being busy but this is made worse by the staff snickering being the counter about being behind and customers upset.

My drink was super bland like they just used water instead of lemonade. The drink I get is a mango dragon fruit with lemonade it was terrible! I always get this drink and I've never had this drink this bad!

Tables were not clean, my drink order was not what I ordered. A dry mach is not a cappuccino that's mostly milk. Usually a good place to go though.

This has been my 5th time coming to this location and each time I am extremely disappointed in the service and drinks. At first I thought it was an off day for them so I gave them some more chances and everytime it’s been the same. The staff is rushed doesn’t make eye contact or make you feel very welcomed and the drinks aren’t made the same way as other locations. I don’t know why but each and every time I’ve went there the whipped cream has a “meaty ham” taste to it and the drinks I get taste off and not blended properly. I will not be returning. This Starbucks makes gross tasting drinks and rushes everything to the point where quality is completely lost. I will not be returning or recommending this Starbucks unfortunately.
