Good food excellent service expensive though, tried the cookies definitely the best in springfield

My boyfriend and I decided on PaPPos last minute due to him coming home with a pizza from work and accidentally dropping it and it landing face down on the ground. He was feeling defeated and was very upset that the pizza we just got was wasted. I put in an online order and wrote a small message about our expirence with our last pizza and wasn't sure how to request balsamic drizzle for the pizza we decided on from pappos. When I got the pizza the staff wad very inviting regardless of picking up a pizza 30 til close. They had wrote a cute message on my box to tell me that this pizza will be better than the other we had anyway with a smiley face. It definitely cheered my boyfriend and I up seeing that they do check their messages on online orders and empathized with us too. The pizza itself was soooo delicious and made it seem like it was worth the little accident we had earlier in the night. Five stars to you all, and we will for sure be back for some more! The restaurant was clean and you felt welcomed as soon as you entered. Service was great and the Pizza was awesome! I like mine extra done and it came out perfect! In a sea of pizza joints, PaPPo’s provides a unique setting and top notch pies.

Calzone was fantastic, tons of really good beer on draft, and the cookies... You must get the cookies. They are baked fresh there, and they are some of the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had, from the freshness to the sea salt on them...

Food was great, but server was overwhelmed with 3 tables. Multiple missing items, 2 at our table never got their food. Splitting the check was a nightmare.
