Kfc - Springfield

I enjoyed eating it in Korea, but it's delicious in America, too!

My order is always wrong. This is the third time where I ordered no gravy and receive it with gravy. I ordered crispy chicken and received original this last time too. I won’t be coming to this location anymore.

Everything was over cooked. The worse kfc I've ever had. I was throwing up within minutes.

Bad food shady employees, they peddle food that should have been thrown away. Prices are also outrageous

My drive thru Customer service was awesome, but when I went inside to get a few things fixed that we were missing the lady acted annoyed that I'd come to get the things I had paid extra for. And then I was given a few measly pieces of chicken. Really disappointed and i wouldn't suggest or recommend eating there. Better kfc across town on Kansas expressway.
