Agree with others that this is the best Chinese food in the area. The hot and sour soup is hearty and delicious (I get it whenever I am under the weather) and their egg rolls are perfectly crispy. The staff is always very friendly and the service is excellent. The parking lot can be a bit busy, especially during rush hour but it’s definitely in a convenient location. So lucky to have this restaurant nearby! Service: Take out

We've been ordering from hunan west for six years. we have a family of 4 and I am vegetarian. I have always appreciated the great selection of vegetarian dresses in this restaurant. this last job was probably our last one. for the second time I found flesh in my vegetarian tofu court. one time could be an accident, two times, and I think they need to have a general quality control problem. we move to another restaurant that has better understanding for what is vegetarian.

Ordered pan fried combination noodles which are supposed to be crispy and they were very spongy. Awful dinner. We called and they told us to go back to Duke Wo because we said we have had them there. Will NOT go back there!
