Burger King - Springfield

The food was mid at best, the service was not bad and the cashier actually brought the food to our table.

Amazing! I went through the drive-thru on 2/23/24 at around 6:30pm. The man who took my order was polite and professional. It was a pleasant experience. When I got home, I saw that my burger was carefully made and wrapped. Often times, orders are just thrown together, but not this time. My meal tasted fantastic, it was fresh and neatly put together. Kudos to the evening crew at this restaurant. Excellent job!

The manager Joe is Awesome. I have a son with autism she always pays special attention too and I appreciate her very much!!!

I was impressed.it has been a long time sens I have had a burger at a fastfood place that I actually liked. I ordered the Canadian bacon Whopper. Unfortunately it is probably a limited time item. The staff was helpful. The dining room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The bathroom being locked is always an odd thing to deal with. But overall it was a good experience.
