Arby's - Springfield

The team was fast and polite. Everything was clean. One team member even went out of her way to run sauce out to a car.

It's right up the street from my work. Food is fine. Service is better than average. Lady working the window comped me a free shake when they got my order wrong. I eat here like 2-3 times a month due to how close it is to my job.

My boyfriend and I both had dinner here last night. He had the briskett snadwich and it has a long hair in it. Not only that I got the tri tip sandwich and it not pleasant to eat at all. Overall not happy with my experience there.

This is what I buy at Arby's, the best curly fries ever, the Reuben, all the fish, sandwiches and huspuppy, beef and cheddar, Philly cheese steak. Can not beet good food. Thank you,

The manager did an amazing job helping us ! Food was good my family left with smiles on our face and full belly's.
