Cafe Rio Mexican Grill - Springfield

I wish I could give negative stars. I basically have leftovers last minute. None of the fastenings. So sad. UBER refunded, but I will not order the delivery again from this place. Not for the first time this is done on a UBer close to the order. Terrible!

We usually come here at least once a week! It's one of my favorite places to eat! Food always tastes great and the service is fast! My husband loves getting the sweet pork quesadilla and I love chicken salad and beef Burrito.

Great food absolutely love cafe rio. But today it was under my expectations. The tortillas are usually fresh and melt in your mouth, but today it was a few hours old and hard. The steak was not like it was usually dry and hard!! The staff was nice, but very unorganized.

Delicious Tex-Mex made to your satisfaction. Sadly, our extradition order sat on the table for a while near the prep area. We wondered if it was ours. In other cases, the orders were placed in the pull-out rack. We haven't seen our name. Someone looked at the bag, then in the bag, then looked at us after twenty minutes and said it was ours. Delicious food was cool for our mouth. The worst run Cafe Rio I've been there before.

Service at this place is so incredibly uneven. In one order, which was the two enchiladas with the sweet pork barbacoa, the side of rice was crunchy it was way undercooked. Our to go order was also nearly cold when we got it home after a less than five minute drive and picking up right when the app suggested. In another order, we requested the rice and beans, but no rice and beans (see pics). During previous visits we've complained to management in the hope that this place would make some changes and do a better job manager seemed put out and uninterested in our feedback, and clearly made no changes.
