Red Lobster - Springfield

Had not been in a while. It is the same great place, food was excellent. And our server 'Angel ' was very friendly and good. Would recommend.

I have to say while I have had ups and downs with Red Lobster in Springfield and before 1985, in Champaign, I was pleasantly surprised AND quite content from my dinner with my son there tonight. The staff were most excellent, from the maitre d' to the hostess/waitresses, ALL were polite, attentive and friendly. I truly mean that. Our only drawback was choosing a table/booth against the wall with the bar. Every time they used a blender or the like my teeth would rattle...just kidding but it was a tad distracting. And we had to compete with a group of a dozen or more right next to us BUT even they sounded and looked like they were very pleased! I mean we ALL got Endless Shrimp and by God they were ALL good and I sampled them ALL!!! Again, food was very good, the service excellent and we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you to the Staff of the Springfield Red Lobster!

I went out with some Church Family Members. Since someone else was paying for my lunch I did not want to spend a whole lot of money. The waiter let me order from the kids menu. They were very friendly, the service was excellent. I would definitely go back there again. It was a nice atmosphere.

Ate at the bar. Place was busy, but bar had plenty of seats. Bartender was very friendly, prompt, but not annoying. Nice guy. Food was good, prepared as ordered. No complaints there. Would return to this location.

The Ceaser salad was very little lettuce. No complimentary cheddar biscuits and ordered a Pepsi and it wasnt in my order. The driver said they didnt hand him one. Also I was double charged for my order! Looked on my Moble app for my bank and was charged twice. Need my money back!!
