Heroes Pizza - Springboro

Great little place! We just happen to see it one day driving by (on the main road) and looked it up. That night we went to try it! Everyone was really happy with their food! We had Chicken fingers, boneless wings, fish sandwich, fried pickles? The best isa must try- cheese curds with CARMEL sauce! OMG! YUMMY! We will be back to try more menu items!

Not sure if we just got them on an off night but the service was awful. We ordered appetizers (literally cheese curds and French fries) at 7:15 and didn?t get them until 8. Had to stop our waitress to ask for refills, waited at least 10 minutes and had toremind her that we were waiting on them. Not to mention, they had to change our order 3 times because they were out of almosteverything. First, they were out of large pizza crust, then out of the toppings for a specialty pizza we wanted, then had tochange that order to 2 smalls bc they ran out of medium pizza crust. I can understand if they?re busy but when we sat down therewere maybe 10 people in the whole place. Was excited to try it but won?t be back and don?t recommend.

Has potential but inaccurate information on web site and in store left this patron irritated. Arrived at 11:35 am on an NFL Sunday to learn they don't open until noon. Web site and front door state opening at 11 am. Items on the in store menu weremisstated. Bill reflected price increase with no prior heads up from wait staff. Food acceptable if you can't be bothered toproperly inform the public of info updates you can be tupelo awakened.

Horrible service, place was almost completely empty. Took 40-50 minutes to get a small deluxe pizza. Could hear teenagers in the kitchen talking. The server even admitted it was their fault because one of them was talking in the restraunt to family andforgot to cook pizza! There's no management structure, I'm sorry to say but they deserve to be closed! Just moved to Lebanonlast year and was trying new places. Very disappointing!!! 8/30 /22.

We have been here several times before and enjoyed the burgers and pizza. Service has been slow before but not like tonight. We waited for close to 10 minutes at the front to be seated and no one ever helped us. Teenage girl waitresses walked by us several times or just stared at us and walked to the kitchen without a word.We eventually decided to just seat ourselves as there were tons of tables open. The bartender eventually came to get our order but it took another 40 minutes to get our food (one burger and fries and cheese fries). The Pepsi was very flat and my boyfriends burger was not cooked all the way. He said it tasted ok (but not great) and he didn’t feel like waiting for someone to come back so ended up eating it, but definitely not great quality.The bartender took off our drinks and gave us a discount so that was nice (so I gave 3 stars). But my boyfriend was very frustrated with the horrible service so we likely won’t be returning. You could see plenty of teenagers goofing around in the kitchen from our high top too which didn’t help.
