The Grill - Spring City

Spring is here! My husband and I came to dinner Friday night, the weather was fantastic and so was the service and our meal. Spring Hollow Bar and Grill have always been a favorite of ours. The menu has a few new changes it is nice to change things once in a while. Before Jenn sat, she explained that our dinner would wait a little slower by short staff. Our waitress came immediately and took our drinks order. Then we'll put our order. The appetizer was outside before we finished our first drink. As I said, the service was fantastic even extraordinary. We definitely enjoyed our meal. We even have to see Deb and say hello. It was a long winter, it's nice to be back and sit out again. We will always return.

Debbie and the Spring Hollow staff show nothing but the highest professionalism. The course is held in top notch form and the banquet hall is enormous. Also the food is wonderful, I would recommend the pulled pig or chicken.

We married Hollow last Saturday, and I can't say enough about how HAPPY we are with our decision to use Spring Hollow as our place. Everyone was so very accommodating and literally helped to make it an absolutely stress-free day! I can't say enough about how accommodating they were during the need to change our wedding date a few times (thanks to COVID), and how amazing all the staff were, one of the waiting staff even helped wipe the cake out of my face after my husband crushed it everywhere on lol. the venue was ABSOLUTELY beautiful and is really a hidden gem when it comes to wedding venues. They let us bring all the decorations of the venue we wanted and delivered such a beautiful decor, the bartender kept a pitcher of Margaritas standing for my bridal party, her bride suite was amazing and we had champagne, mimosas and water while we were ready and even provided them with sandwiches. The staff reminded us to eat and drink water while we were ready! it is a beautiful backdrop for pictures, plus you will get a golf cart to drive around on your special day, and my husband was sold on the words free round golf . They let us come back the next day to pick up all our things, and everyone was so nice, courteous, transparent, respectful and professional, I am so happy that we trust them with our big day and would get married there all again if I could absolutely perfect!

My daughter and son-in-law were so amazing! Thanks Debbi, Jenn and your whole team! Your attention to detail, suggestions and guidance along our honeymoon was on the point. You made Stephanie and Matt's day magical. Thank you.

Nice local public course. Some of the greens are pretty challenging, and there is plenty of variety on the holes. Will definitely play again. The bar and outdoor patio were closed, but looked very nice.
