Mama's Delicious Tacos - Spring Branch

First time in, for a light lunch, I had pastor tacos and wife had chicken. Both were really good. Nice flavors excited to go back for more.

This place is close to my house. I went for the pozole. They were out of pozole so I ordered the menudo. The menudo tasted very good but the amount of meat in the menudo was scarce. The cashier/waitress was not personable at all and she seemed ok with that. She brought my food and coffee and that was it. After that she sat behind the register and watched her phone on really high volume. By the way I was the only customer in there. I'm not in a hurry to go back to try the other food there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered the 6 tacos, all same kind so total should have been about 9. Then I asked for chips and salsa. I got these tiny little bags of with a tablespoon of salsa in each. It was the worst food I’ve ever had(tortillas were absolutely disgusting, salsa was horrible and chips were stale) WASTE OF $20. Overpriced and disgusting

Stumbled into this place this afternoon looking for Mexican food. Walked in and ordered about 15 minutes before they closed. They did not rush us and we had one of the best plates of Mexican food I 've had in a while. $15.00 for 2 Mexican plates 2 enchiladas of your choice rice beans and a crispy taco. The food was fresh and delicious. Only draw back, no margaritas but, I can live without them when the food is this good! We will definitely be back but, next time we 'll go a little earlier.
