Shaku Asian Bistro Sushi - Spring

On my first visit, I ordered a specialty roll and their Singaporean noodles. When my husband called to say they had finished swimming and hadn't eaten yet, I added a Thai dish and a shrimp appetizer for our little one. I couldn't quite recall how Singaporean noodles tasted, but I remember they contain curry. The portion was generous, packed with shrimp and other toppings. The roll I chose was made with soy paper, but the waitress mistakenly served it with eel sauce instead of unagi. Nonetheless, it was still delicious. The shrimp appetizer came in a special sauce that was both tangy and sweet. On my second visit, I returned with just my little one. We had yellowtail carpaccio, a regular roll, and a special roll, while my child enjoyed the shrimp and noodles kids' meal, which she loved. We finished off our meal with dessert. It was a great dinner, though we definitely overindulged!

My wife and I will definitely be returning! The restaurant's interior is very modern and bright, with spacious seating and pleasant lighting. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic, and the prices were even more impressive. For the love of all things delicious, be sure to order the bang shrimp! You won’t regret it!

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of menu options to choose from. Dishes are prepared quickly and made with high-quality ingredients. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance—neither too dark nor too bright. The waitstaff is friendly and always wears a smile. Every guest seemed pleased with their meal. They offer lunch specials Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM. If you're in search of a great sushi and Asian cuisine spot, look no further!

Quite a nice new restaurant, with attentive service. Sushi and fried rice were very good, with the rest of the menu at a solid starting point. Once they get the recipes refined, it will be one of the better Asian restaurants in the area. Will be coming back soon.

The new restaurant service is very attentive and the price of a child is only 0.99 US dollars. There is a 20% discount for Chinese food and Japanese food. I will come back next time. Thank you.
