The food was good and the young man who served us gave excellent service. We went back the next day and the lady who served us aperitivo said, “Yesterday, you asked for olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip your focaccia in. We never do this in italy. Food is like religion here.” My husband said “in England we do.” Then he asked for some olive oil and she said “No!” Firmly! And didn’t bring it!! Another lady glared at us from behind the counter the whole time, I assume she was the manager. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, where they put they’re snobbery above customer care. It really put a downer on our day

We are in 2021, but still the basic rules about the host-customer relationship are missing. No point in giving feedback on the food. Better places in Spotorno where to be treated as a proper customer. Not recommended at all!

This is a small bar that serves very good sandwiches, there are panninnis, ciabattas and foccachia all with delicious fillings. Very busy and does a good trade in take away breads. Some outdoor seating is available.
