Denny's - Spokane

On 3/2/2024 I odered food over the phone, at about 11am. I informed the employee that I would be by to pick up the food at noon. When I showed up the food was ready, but had been sitting long enough to get cold. I addressed the issue with the the staff, and was told that a manager would call me the next day. It has been a week, and i have heard nothing back. I used to love Denny's, but at this point i would be desperate if i ordered from another Denny's again. All Denny's quality in food and service had declined quite a bit over the years. I am quite disappointed. Thanks Denny's staff for showing that you care about your customers.

I came in to pick up a to-go order at 07:50 this morning 02/22/2024 and watched as the line cook ate his food on the line, and then continued to cook. He didn't even change his gloves or wash his hands before returning to cooking food. This is disgusting and revolting. To think my food was probably cooked while this was going on as well is upsetting. I threw away my meal and will not be returning.

Poor customer service, they took so long and our food was cold when we received it. And of course, this happened because we are Hispanic because everyone else around us got their food before us. It's sad that this restaurant has these kinds of people working there because it's located 3 to 5 minutes away from the airport. If you are Hispanic, please think it twice before coming to this restaurant.
