Cosmic Cowboy Grill - Spokane

Took my lady here for her birthday dinner. Amazing food, cozy space, friendly staff and so simple. Flavors didn't suffer because of over use of ingredients. Burger i had was one of the best I've had in a long time, lady had the steak and it was phenomenal. Conversation with the staff was great and made the experience even better. Thank you guy for far exceeding our expectations!!! We'll see you soon!!

Yum!!! I wasn't able to go out to eat this evening but ordered from Cosmic Cowboy. I was craving a spring salad and ordered the apple, candied pecans, feta cheese salad with grilled, seasoned chicken. So delicious! A perfect balance of all ingredients. Mixed greens with perfectly grilled chicken, tart apples, and a kick of sweet from the pecans. The dressing was the perfect complement to the salad. I definitely will have this salad again and I can't wait to stop by for a burger.

Fries are served hot and crispy. Bathrooms are clean. Wide selection of drinks from the bar. The Ranch Hand wrap was presented nicely and looked very appealing. Tri-tip was cooked exactly how I wanted it. Very kind staff that work diligently and get food out in a timely manner. Decent lighting and decoration, as well as appropriate music playing at the perfect volume. Very inviting environment and atmosphere. Definitely reccomend!

There is a sweet ipa available. They got great salads that are so filling and the tofu is really good here. Great place to eat before bar hopping!

Was very yummy snd reasonable prices . Quiet and a great place to catch up with friends. Clean and staff were friendly.
