Taco Bell - Spokane Valley

I have come twice in a row. Today and yesterday same time. 5:30 pm. The lobby has been locked. The customer service is friendly though. They are doing the best they can. I blame call outs for the lobby being locked. If you agree to a job and dont show up all your doing is causing stress and frustration to your team mates. I think it is really sad. 5 stars- thank you to those people who showed up today

The late night driv-thru at this location has really gotten bad. Extremely slow. Three visits this week and every one was 10 to 15 minutes in line before getting to the order speaker. 7 or 8 cars backed up onto the street and none or maybe one at the window, past the speaker. Then sit at the speaker for 2 to 3 minutes before the guy takes my order. One of the worst driv-thru workers that I have ever encountered. When I spoke to the manager he just made excuses about being short staffed.

Last time they didnt follow my instructions and gave me a normal Crunchwrap Supreme. This time they actually listened!! Im very satisfied with this order and the Iced Cinnabon Delights Coffee was really good and so were the Cheesy Roll Ups!

The quality after a certain time of day goes down. The amount of meat and cheese in a taco is low, you get something closer to a flat taquito, chalupas get no filling, and the 5 layer burrito becomes 90% beans.

Watch out with this location! I ordered 7 packs of Diablo Sauce Packet and I received Zero! It happens every single time! Whats wrong? Is there a sauce shortage in the world right now?
