Wendy's - Spartanburg

Cashier seemed stoned. Manager was trying to do his best, but no one person can fix that mess. Food was good

Everyone I?ve ever dealt with at the window is always super friendly and great BUT whoever is fixing the food is slack on it I?ve asked the manager about how they fix the breakfast Bacon Nader and the lunch one he says 6 whole pieces of bacon I never ever have gotten that I?ve even showed him pictures of 1 piece broken into 3 little pieces!!! Love the food but damn it please make them fix it correctly

The place was dirty. Even in the midst of Covid no one clearly is cleaning this place. The drink machine is broken so instead of just filling your cup for you they hand u a empty cut to try and get something from a broken drink machine. Asked for lids and they insist that their are some before just giving me a lid. After a manager came out to refill the kids I pointed out how there was spilled drink and trash on the counter she replied well what can I say we are short staffed and have messy customers. She then went back behind the counter without even attempting to pickup the trash or wipe the counter. Last but not least it took over 25 mins to get two meals in which I had to go back and ask for after my name left off the monitor. I know it?s fast food but that doesn?t have to equal not cleaning the restaurant and no professional from a manager

Quite literally the worst fast food restaurant you can possibly imagine. Extremely unprofessional staff, horrible quality food, snail-paced slow service, and an all-around negative experience every time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Went to eat dinner with a bunch of people after game today, when we got to Wendy's there was one family inside and it was 9:01, the doors were locked. Works inside looked at me like we were chickens with our heads cut off. Will never go there again
