Dairy Queen - Sparta

Me and my wife have been going to the dairy queen in Sparta for a few years and the service at the drive thru is very very slow I was there 6/8/15 at 8 pm and was the only car in the drive thru and there were no cars in the parking lot ordered 1 small and 1 med. blizzard it took 10 min and when I finally got them they were already turning to soup this is not the first time that this has happened the icecream there melts super fast very sick of ordering ice cream and getting soup !!!!!!!!save your time and go across the street

This store is very inconsistent. One minute the food is great, the other it's terrible. Management doesn't care in the least bit about a customer's issue, and their own employees don't know the schedule. When the food is good, it's a great place, and thepup cup makes the whole family happy. However, it's a crapshoot on whether you'll get decent food, if you can get it at all. Acouple years ago we loved this place; we now go elsewhere.

He's been very rude to his employees he's keep my daughters check for going to JD's funeral as he's family, as I forgot to message him and 1st Wednesday they have worked in a month as we had a apt in Marshfield and rite to funeral at 11 said couldpick up checks at 4 so I went to pick up and he's holding it from her! I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN AND THE MESSAGES HESENDS THEM KIDS ALL UNDER 18 IS VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL! Dave does not get any starts from me or ever will I go there! Sure isNOT kid friendly!

I wish the kids cared about how their product looked when handing the food and ice cream to customers. Its sad. When I managed 2 DQs presentation of desserts was everything.????

Ordered 2 large ice cream cones, they came out like slop. When they opened the window to hand them out, I asked if they were seriously going to hand them out like that, they laughed and said yes. Poor quality!
